A collaboration between online art store Avant Arte and CryptoPunks brand operator Yuga Labs has been confirmed, giving CryptoPunk NFTs holders the chance to own physical prints of their art collections.
Avant Arte announced it will provide two types of physical CryptoPunks collections. The first is known as “Punk-On-Chain,” and it lets every punk owner commission a Punk-on-Chain print copy for every digital CryptoPunk they own. Nonetheless, they are required to prove their ownership first.
The second collection, known as “10,000 On-Chain,” is a print collection consisting of all 10,000 CryptoPunks open to anyone, even if they do not own the original on-chain version. The curated sale lasted for only 48 hours, between October 26 and October 28, 2023.
Up close and personal with the full @cryptopunksnfts family for our 10,000 On-Chain print.
The smallest felt-liner dot you see here is 300 microns. The individual ink dots that make up each of the 10k punks? Only 10 microns. Doesn’t get sharper than this. 🔍… pic.twitter.com/t3OypDurmq

Distinguishing Characteristics And Authenticity Measures
Every printed punk is unique from the others since it has distinguishable characteristics. For example, the 10,000 On-Chain pieces are archival pigment prints having a silkscreen varnish seal, while the Punks-On-Chain pieces are UV pigment prints that have white underpins. Nevertheless, every version of each punk includes a Yuga Labs holographic sticker that confirms its authenticity.
The Punks-On-Chain items consist of a QR code on the back of the print, resulting in a blockchain-based digital Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). In the meantime, the 10,000 On-Chain pieces come with a physical CoA that has a QR code linked to the digital CoA, but the QR code is not on the print itself.
CryptoPunks is a leader in algorithmically generated art distributed via blockchain technology. It was developed by Larva Labs and then released in June 2017. Notably, it was first minted free to any Ethereum network user. Now, the least expensive CryptoPunks item sells for nearly $78,000, and the whole collection has a market capitalization of more than $801 million, based on data from CoinGecko.
Ultimately, the collaboration offers a unique opportunity for CryptoPunks owners to invest in a rare and one-of-a-kind opportunity to have some tangible versions of their digital art collection. This partnership with Avant Arte adds a fresh dimension to the CryptoPunks collection, bringing the NFT ownership experience to a new higher level.
